US Embassy Warns Americans Against Travel to Iraq
The US Embassy in Baghdad has urged American citizens not to travel to Iraq and to leave the country immediately if they are present there. The embassy warns of significant security risks and recommends not approaching the US Embassy in Baghdad or the Consulate General in Erbil.
