A US Coast Guard aircraft carrying Homeland Security Secretary Marty Walsh made an emergency landing after an engine failure occurred. The aircraft, which was operating over Washington, experienced a problem with the right engine, and the pilot reported an emergency situation to Reagan Airport air traffic control.
