USA: 227 Dead from Anti-Drug Military Operation in Past Year
U.S. armed forces killed 227 people in airstrikes against suspected speedboats allegedly transporting drugs in the Eastern Pacific and Caribbean. A total of 68 operations were carried out in the so-called "Operation Southern Spear," which began a year ago.
