USA and Norway are main oil suppliers to EU
The European Union maintained stable crude oil imports in the first quarter of 2026, with a modest value increase of 0.8 percent, while volume declined slightly by 0.6 percent. The USA and Norway remain the EU's main energy suppliers, according to a Eurostat report.
