USA Extend Suspension of Arms Embargo Against Cyprus Until 2027
Turkey and its regime in northern Cyprus criticize the US decision to extend the suspension of the arms embargo against the Republic of Cyprus by one year until September 30, 2027. The occupying power responds as usual with protests to the measure, which strengthens the Republic of Cyprus's defense capabilities.
