USA imposes new sanctions against Iran
The United States imposed new sanctions against Iran after it resumed attacks on international ships in the Strait of Hormuz. The sanctions target Ali Ansari, a Dubai-based Iranian banker and businessman who has already been sanctioned by the United Kingdom for his support of Iranian activities.
