USA Neutralizes Tanker Attempting to Break Iran Blockade
U.S. military forces neutralized an oil tanker attempting to break through the naval blockade against Iran. The ship Belma, flagged under Curaçao, ignored repeated warnings and was attacked by a U.S. aircraft with Hellfire missiles, which brought the ship to a halt. The empty vessel was en route to the Iranian island of Kharg.
