USA plans genetic protection archive for endangered species
A U.S. biotech company and a government agency announced a project to create an archive of living cells and genetic material for approximately 2,300 endangered or threatened animal and plant species under the U.S. Endangered Species Act. The Texas-based company Colossal Biosciences is leading the project.
