USA plans ground operations in Iran - Iran threatens retaliation
The Washington Post reports that the USA is preparing weeks-long ground operations in Iran, with President Trump not yet having approved any of the Defense Department's invasion plans. Iranian military spokesman Colonel Ibrahim Zülfikari threatened in response that American soldiers would be fed to sharks in the Persian Gulf in case of a ground invasion.
