VivaBank Receives Government Contract for Electronic Payments
Following a four-year procurement process marked by numerous legal challenges and objections, Cyprus has awarded VivaBank the contract to manage electronic government payment services. JCC was unsuccessful in its final appeal against the award decision. The unusually lengthy procurement process ended with a decision by the Tender Review Authority.
