VivaBank wins tender for Cypriot e-payment system
VivaBank has won the tender to manage the e-payment system of the Cypriot public sector. The company JCC Payment Systems Ltd, which had operated the system since 2010, lost the process after four years of tender proceedings, including a failed appeal to the Tender Review Authority.
