Vote on wiretapping law postponed until after election
Parliament will only vote on the planned amendment to regulations governing government access to private communications after the May parliamentary elections, according to Akel MP Aristos Damianou. Despite weekly meetings of the Justice Committee, the parties were unable to agree on a swift voting procedure.
