Water reservoirs in Larnaca and Famagusta above previous year's levels
Water levels in all four reservoirs in the Larnaca and Famagusta districts are above the previous year's values. The Kalavasos Reservoir, which can hold 17.1 million cubic meters, is filled to 21.8 percent, compared to 12.9 percent in the previous year. The water authority reports an improved water situation in the region.
