Weather System Brings Rain, Thunderstorms and Dust to Cyprus
A weak low-pressure system is currently affecting the region, while from Wednesday a new low-pressure area from the central Mediterranean will reach Cyprus. The system will bring rain, thunderstorms and sand dust, with wind speeds of up to 6 Beaufort and possible hail expected. The weather conditions will initially be noticeable in the west and north of the island.
