Wildfires in southern France following European heat wave
Fire departments are battling multiple wildfires in southern France, fueled by strong winds. Three fires, two of them near Marseille, have destroyed approximately 1,210 hectares combined. The country is struggling with extreme drought following the recent European heat wave.
