Women in Leadership Positions: 33% Minimum Quota Approved
The Cabinet approved a legislative proposal for balanced gender representation in leadership positions of listed companies. The law stipulates that the underrepresented gender must hold at least 33% of leadership positions. Gender equality officer Tzozie Christodoulou commended this as significant progress toward gender parity.
