Work accidents in Cyprus down 55.3% since 2017
Cyprus's accident index fell by 55.3% between 2017 and 2025, continuing its eight-year downward trend. In 2025, the index decreased by 7.2% compared to 2024. The Ministry of Labor attributes this decline to joint efforts but warns of problems in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
