Workplace accident at Leventio Museum: court decision partially overturned
The appellate court partially overturned the decision on a workplace accident at the Leventio Pinakotheke. The accident occurred on 16 March 2015 when an acoustic ceiling panel fell on a female worker, causing severe injuries to her shoulder and neck. The court overturned part of the convictions as negligence could not be proven, while other convictions remained.
