Yellow alert issued for extreme heat over next two days
The weather service has issued two yellow alerts for extreme nighttime and daytime temperatures. The first alert applies from Wednesday 9 p.m. to Thursday 6 a.m., with minimum temperatures of at least 26°C in Nicosia. A second alert has already been announced for the following hours.
