Zero tax rate for meat and fish from April 6
Cyprus is introducing a zero VAT rate for fresh and preserved meat as well as fish from April 6 to September 30. The measure was adopted by cabinet decision and published in the official gazette of the Republic. The regulation applies to specific customs classification codes and aims to provide relief to consumers on basic foodstuffs.
